The intern manages full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across departments, with a focus on campus recruitment. Source and attract candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, campus events, referrals, etc.). Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and provide regular reports on hiring progress. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates. Kitar is a fast-growing and innovative technology company specializing in second-hand mobile phone recycling and selling.

Job requirements
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, with proven success in handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in final semester.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
