Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate administration to recruitment reporting. Review and screen CVs to identify candidates who match the job requirements, and connect with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate interviews, psychological tests, and assessments, including preparing invitations and other recruitment materials.
Maintain and update the candidate database, while keeping track of recruitment progress and follow-ups. Get involved in various recruitment activities, such as walk-in interviews, job fairs, campus hiring, and other hiring events. Work closely with the team and hiring managers to support a smooth and effective recruitment process.

Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Previous experience or internship in recruitment/Talent Acquisition is a plus.
- Good communication skills, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment activities.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on-site in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
