The role assists with candidate sourcing, screening, walk-in interviews, and maintaining recruitment records. It also provides administrative support, including document collection and candidate data verification.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in fulfilling recruitment needs for restaurant outlets through mass hiring activities
- Support candidate sourcing, CV screening, and shortlisting based on job requirements
- Coordinate and manage walk-in interview activities, including candidate registration and interview scheduling
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and employee recruitment records
- Handle recruitment administrative tasks, including document collection and candidate data verification
- Support other recruitment activities and administrative tasks as required

Job requirements
- Have a strong interest in recruitment, particularly mass hiring and operational recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
- Available to work onsite (WFO) at Boga Group Head Office, Green Lake City, Tangerang
- Can join ASAP
