Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Understand client needs and translate them into relevant business, marketing, or partnership opportunities. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the sports industry.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial offerings to clients. Lead the negotiation process, including commercial terms, proposals, and agreements. Coordinate with internal departments and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client requirements.

Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, Partnership, or related roles.
- Experience in the sports industry, media, entertainment, sponsorship, event, or creative agency is highly preferred.
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle negotiation, pitching, presentation, and business development.
- Able to identify business opportunities and develop them into potential partnerships or commercial projects.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
