Deliveree is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Specialist to join their Performance Marketing team. The role focuses on managing marketing campaigns across major channels, developing partnerships, and determining strategies to improve brand awareness and customer acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content while monitoring performance metrics.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize social media channels to maximize reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content aligned with the company’s branding and marketing strategy.
- Create and edit video and visual content for social media and other marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on social media trends and identify opportunities to improve content performance.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the company from time to time.

Job requirements
- Undergraduate GPA 3.0 or higher
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are welcome to apply
- Self-motivated, independent, and hard-working
- Strong creative thinking, originality, and idea-generation skills
- Experience in Social Media Management is preferred
- Able to use video and image editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar software.
