This position assists in providing tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations. It supports senior consultants in tax planning, compliance, and advisory services, while offering opportunities for professional development and growth within the firm. The work includes preparing tax returns and supporting documentation, researching tax laws and regulations, analyzing financial data for tax savings opportunities, and gathering and organizing client information.
The role also provides administrative support to the tax team and assists with client presentations, reports, and other deliverables.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Ensure all tax filings comply with applicable laws and regulations, and maintain accurate and organized records of tax returns and supporting documentation.
- Support senior consultants in providing tax planning and advisory services to clients.
- Conduct research on tax laws, regulations, and rulings to assist in developing tax strategies.
- Analyze financial data and documents to identify tax savings opportunities.
- Assist in gathering and organizing client information necessary for tax preparation and planning.
- Provide administrative support to the tax team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining files.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other client deliverables.

Job requirements
- S1 in Tax or Accounting.
- Minimum GPA 2.75.
- Strong interest in working as a Tax Consultant and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
