Design robust and scalable system architectures, transforming ambiguous business requirements into well-structured technical designs and database schemas. Break down complex technical challenges into actionable workstreams and clear implementation plans for the engineering team.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers actively to strengthen their technical hard skills and promote engineering excellence. Conduct rigorous code reviews to uphold high standards in performance, security, scalability, and clean code principles. Elevate engineering standards by driving innovation, adopting modern practices, and updating technical guidelines across the organization.
Drive CI/CD and automation initiatives across testing, monitoring, and release pipelines to optimize the software development lifecycle. Improve developer experience and workflow efficiency to reduce technical debt and accelerate release velocity. Build modular and reusable components, including shared libraries, SDKs, and comprehensive documentation to facilitate seamless integration.

Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical industry experience.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a primary focus on Backend or Fullstack architecture.
- Deep proficiency in at least one backend language, such as Go, Python, PHP, Ruby, or Node.js.
- Strong hands-on experience with server-side frameworks, such as Django, Laravel, Express, or similar.
- Practical familiarity with modern frontend frameworks, such as React, Vue, or Angular to support cross-stack initiatives.
- Solid foundation in computer science principles, data structures, algorithms, and scalable system architecture.
- Proven technical leadership experience, including conducting thorough code reviews and mentoring junior/mid-level engineers.
- Demonstrated capability in CI/CD automation, automated testing, and developer experience (DevEx) optimization.
