The role leads the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications and helps drive architecture decisions across backend services, APIs, and distributed systems. It provides technical leadership through code-quality direction and mentoring, while delivering complex features across digital products. The engineer also leads the effective use of AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, quality, test coverage, and delivery velocity.
The role works with UX/UI designers, QAs, and product managers in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable backend applications using ASP.NET Core (.NET 8/9).
- Integrate with RESTful APIs and backend services
- handle real-time data via WebSockets or Server-Sent Events.
- Lead effective use of AI-assisted development tools to improve team productivity, code quality, test coverage, and delivery velocity.
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers
- contribute to technical decisions and overall development strategy.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, QAs, and product managers in an Agile environment to deliver features end-to-end.

Job requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, including strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core/C#.
- Strong experience with relational databases, data modelling, query optimization, and ORM technologies such as Entity Framework Core.
- Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications on Azure or AWS using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern observability practices.
- Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
- Experience implementing observability using Application Insights, Grafana, Datadog, Elastic, or OpenTelemetry.
- Experience working on high-availability distributed systems.
- Experience with Git and deployment CI/CD pipelines.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
Kualifikasi kandidat
Skill dan kualifikasi
- Experience in Agency and Credit platform highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
- Familiarity with React and TypeScript is an advantage for effective collaboration with frontend teams.
- Experience in fintech, or high-traffic consumer products.
