Identify and approach restaurant, café, and F&B brand partners, then manage the sales process through pitching, negotiation, closing, and onboarding. The role offers TikTok GO solutions and promotions services to merchants while managing the pipeline and acquisition and revenue targets. It also works with internal teams on merchant onboarding and campaign execution.

Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential restaurant, café, and F&B brand partners
- Handle the full sales process, from pitching and negotiation to closing and onboarding
- Understand merchant needs and offer our TikTok GO solutions and promotions service
- Manage the merchant pipeline and achieve acquisition and revenue targets
- Stay updated on F&B market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and campaign execution

Job requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or related roles
- Experience in digital agency, social media, TikTok, or related industry is a plus
- Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proven experience in client acquisition and business growth
- Strong network or existing client/channel within the TikTok, digital marketing, or brand ecosystem
