Develop and manage sales activities for both project or retail channels in Surabaya and surrounding areas. Identify and approach potential customers, contractors, developers, retailers, and business partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.
Handle product presentations, quotations, negotiations, and sales follow-ups. Monitor sales opportunities from initial inquiry through closing. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and product delivery.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities in the assigned area. Maintain regular sales reports and update customer/project progress.

Job requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project sales and/or retail sales.
- Experience in electronic, air conditioning, home appliance, building material, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive in developing new business.
- Willing to be based in Surabaya and travel within the assigned area.
