Deskripsi pekerjaan
Develop and manage sales activities for the retail channel in Bandung and surrounding areas. Visit and maintain good relationships with retailers, dealers, and existing customers. Identify and develop new retail customers and business opportunities.
Monitor product availability, sales performance, and market conditions at retail outlets. Achieve sales targets and maximize product distribution within the assigned area. Conduct regular market and competitor checks.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, promotions, stock availability, and customer requirements. Prepare regular sales reports and update customer activities.

Job requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales / consumer electronics / home appliances or related industries.
- Experience handling dealer, distributor, or retail outlets is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive in developing new customers.
- Willing to be based in Bandung and conduct regular customer/outlet visits.
