As an Odoo Developer, you will join our IT team to support the development, customization, and continuous improvement of our Odoo ERP system.
You will work closely with business users and cross-functional teams to develop solutions that support day-to-day operations and business processes across Sales, Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Odoo modules according to business and technical requirements
- Maintain and enhance existing Odoo custom modules
- Analyze and troubleshoot functional and technical issues in Odoo
- Develop new features, workflows, business logic, and system customizations
- Customize Odoo models, fields, views, actions, reports, and security configurations
- Work with PostgreSQL for data investigation and technical troubleshooting when required
- Develop and maintain integrations between Odoo and external systems
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience developing and customizing Odoo modules
- Good understanding of Odoo ORM, models, fields, domains, computed fields, and business logic
- Experience working with Odoo XML views and interface customization
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience with Odoo access rights, security groups, and record rules
