This role develops marketing communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness and positioning in the plastic surgery and aesthetic clinic industry. It plans and delivers campaigns, promotions, brand initiatives and activations, while managing KOLs, influencers and partnerships. The role collaborates with internal teams on marketing content and monitors campaign performance through reports and evaluations.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness and positioning in the plastic surgery and aesthetic clinic industry.
- Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand initiatives.
- Identify and manage KOLs, influencers, and strategic partnerships to increase brand exposure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging marketing content aligned with plastic surgery, aesthetic treatments, and lifestyle trends.
- Handle marketing events, partnerships, and other brand activation activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and evaluations.

Job requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Communication, preferably in plastic surgery clinics, aesthetic clinics, beauty, or healthcare industries.
- Strong understanding of brand communication, digital marketing, KOL management, and marketing campaigns.
- Creative mindset with strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Up-to-date with plastic surgery, aesthetic treatment, beauty, and lifestyle trends.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
