Role overview
Deskripsi pekerjaan
Identify and acquire new business opportunities for IT cloud and IT security products and solutions. Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth and customer retention. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable cloud computing and IT security products or solutions based on their business needs.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, client meetings, needs assessment, negotiation, deal closure, and account management.

- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations

- Collaborate with technical and presales teams
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Monitor sales pipelines and achieve sales targets

Job requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in IT, Computer Science, Business, or Marketing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales or account management
- Experience in selling IT cloud or security products
- Proven ability to acquire new clients and manage existing relationships
- Good understanding of cloud computing and IT security
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
