The Growth & Marketing Manager will drive WAHU’s growth across customer acquisition, marketing, retention, product, and market expansion. You will work closely with HQ, city operations, product & tech teams, and external partners to turn customer insights and business opportunities into measurable initiatives. This is a hands-on and entrepreneurial role — you will identify opportunities, build the strategy, execute projects, track results, and improve what works.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow WAHU’s collector base
- Own customer acquisition and performance marketing
- Optimise the customer journey from acquisition to conversion and retention
- Develop referral programmes, promotions, and growth campaigns
- Drive collector engagement, retention, and reactivation
- Track key growth metrics such as acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Use AppsFlyer and campaign data to identify opportunities and improve performance
- Develop and execute WAHU’s overall marketing and communication strategy

Job requirements
- 5+ years in growth, marketing, business development, strategy, product, or a similar entrepreneurial environment
- Startup, scale-up, or fast-growing company experience — strongly preferred
- Strong digital marketing, customer acquisition, and data-driven growth experience
- Has worked with product and tech teams on digital products or apps
- Has managed cross-functional projects and external partners
- Partnerships or community initiatives — an advantage
- Indonesian market experience
- fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
