Deskripsi pekerjaan
Maintain and update master data (e.g. SKU, customer, exchange rate, etc.) in line with governance standards. Support documentation of reporting processes and templates. Support the collection, cleaning, validation, and consolidation of data from multiple sources. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update master data (e.g. SKU, customer, exchange rate, etc.) in line with governance standards
- Support documentation of reporting processes and templates
- Support the collection, cleaning, validation, and consolidation of data from multiple sources
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports
- Support the maintenance of recurring reports and dashboards through timely raw data updates
- Provide ad-hoc data and reporting support to cross-functional stakeholders

Job requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related fields
- Strong interest in data analysis and business intelligence
- Good proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas
- Power Query is a plus)
- Ability to work with large datasets and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented, structured, and willing to learn fast
- Good communication skills and ability to follow guidance effectively
- Creative and tech-savvy mindset is an advantage
