Role overview
Deskripsi pekerjaan
Collect and consolidate financial data from internal systems, including accounting, payments, transactions, and platform disbursements. Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to track financial and operational metrics. Support month-end closing by preparing data for reconciliation between source systems and the general ledger.
Prepare data extracts and supporting schedules for regulatory reporting (OJK, BI) and audit requests. Perform routine data quality checks and flag discrepancies, missing data, and anomalies to senior team members. Maintain documentation of data sources, data definitions, and reporting templates.
Support the automation of repetitive data tasks using Excel formulas and basic SQL/Python scripts. Coordinate with IT and Engineering teams to resolve data issues and system access requirements.

Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and PivotTables
- basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to learn and understand financial regulatory reporting requirements, including OJK and BI regulations.
