As a Finance Business Partner (FBP), you will be acting as a bridge between finance team and other business units to provide financial insights and support business decisions.

Responsibilities
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with business units to develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts in line with business objectives
- Financial Analysis: Perform financial and cost-benefit analysis to identify business opportunities and provide relevant insights
- Performance Monitoring: Track key financial and business metrics, analyze variances against targets, and highlight areas for improvement
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide financial perspectives to support business objectives
- Financial Reporting & Decision Support: Prepare financial reports and translate financial data into clear insights to support business planning and decision-making

Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering or a similar role with relevant exposure to financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong financial and business acumen with an understanding of financial planning and performance management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with data visualization tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
