The Finance, Accounting, Tax (FAT) Supervisor manages all financial, accounting, and tax operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This role involves preparing and analyzing monthly and annual financial statements, as well as developing financial forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
The supervisor is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate submission of tax returns, including VAT and Income Tax, in compliance with Indonesian regulations. Furthermore, the role includes performing reconciliations and ensuring that all financial records are properly maintained and organized according to company standards.

Responsibilities
- Manage all Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements, as well as develop financial forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of tax returns, including VAT (PPN), Income Tax (PPh), and other applicable taxes, in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, general ledger, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and balance sheet accounts.
- Ensure all financial documents and records are properly maintained, organized, and stored in accordance with company standards.

Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounting, Tax & Finance role.
- Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation.
- Good understanding of tax regulations and corporate tax reporting procedures.
- Solid understanding of accounting journal entries and basic bookkeeping principles.
- Proficient in bank reconciliation and financial analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Possession of Brevet A/B tax certification is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and professional, with a positive attitude and the ability to work under targets and tight deadlines.
