The role manages preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for mission-critical systems, including Chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, UPS systems, Backup Diesel Generators, and Fire Suppression Systems. It focuses on strict compliance with operational metrics, targeting zero downtime and maintaining controls over PUE and environmental setpoints. The role leads rapid-response protocols, supervises OEM technicians, and uses BMS and EPMS to track real-time asset health, log anomalies, and generate daily operational reports.

Responsibilities
- Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for mission-critical systems, including Chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, UPS systems, Backup Diesel Generators, and Fire Suppression Systems (e.g., FM-200/NOVEC).
- Guarantee strict compliance with the main contractor's operational metrics, targeting zero downtime and maintaining tight controls over PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) and environmental setpoints (temperature/humidity).
- Lead 24/7 rapid-response protocols for equipment failures, power outages, or cooling anomalies to mitigate risk before it impacts the data hall.
- Supervise original equipment manufacturer (OEM) technicians (e.g., Schneider, Vertiv, Caterpillar) during specialized testing, calibration, and third-party audits.
- Draft, review, and enforce strict Method Statements (MS) and Risk Assessments (RA) before allowing any physical work to take place inside white or grey spaces.
- Utilize Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) to track real-time asset health, log anomalies, and generate daily operational reports.

- Minimum 3–5 years of facility operations experience/building facility management.
