Role overview
Deskripsi pekerjaan
Partner with product teams to define and track key metrics across features (activation, engagement and retention). Support product roadmaps decisions with quantitative insights. Build and interpret cohort analyses to measure retention, resurrection and customer value over time.
Track performance by lifecycle stage (new, repeat, dormant, etc). Analyze the full commercial funnel from lead to disbursement to identify drop-offs, inefficiencies and margin leaks. Design and evaluate A/B tests to validate product and business hypotheses.

Job requirements
- Bachelor degree from Statistic / Mathematic, Informatic Engineering or any related major
- Min 5 years of working experience related with data analytic
- Hands on with data analytic tools (SQL, Python, etc)
- Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and neural network architecture
