Deskripsi pekerjaan
The role builds data engineering capability through technical leadership and leads the team in preparing the Big Data ecosystem, architecture, and analytics technology stack. It designs technical processes for Analytics use cases and guides projects across the Analytics area. The work includes aligning with Data Governance, Data Strategy, Data Operation, Data Warehouse, and Application teams to deliver scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities
- Building data engineering capability by technical leadership
- Lead team to assess and support Analytics to prepare Big Data Ecosystem, architecture and analytics technology stack
- Designing and building technical processes to address all the Analytics Use Cases
- Lead team to analyze all the projects and use cases requirement
- Lead team to implement all projects in Analytics Area and align with Data Governance, Data Strategy, Data Operation, Data Warehouse and Application team
- Work with other senior team members to identify, plan, develop and deliver scalable data solutions

Job requirements
- Strong technical leadership and management
- Strong in programming language such as Python, Java, Scala (software engineering) and experienced using Kafka, RabbitMQ, NoSQL, Spark, Cloud (Analytics Tech Stack)
- Good Critical thinking, problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Experience on building scalable data solution
- Preferably has 3 to 5 years of technical management experience
- Has 6 to 10 years of solution development and technology experience (Senior Data/Software Engineer) will be an advantage
