We are looking for a creative, confident, and proactive Social Media & Creative Content Intern who will become the primary on-camera talent for Nalar CPNS. The intern will independently develop ideas, create scripts, film, edit, and design content for Nalar's social media channels. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence in front of the camera, visual creativity, and the ability to take ownership of content from concept to publication.
Content will use a mix of Indonesian and English.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-camera talent for Nalar CPNS social media videos, including educational, promotional, and trend-based content.
- Independently develop content ideas and plan creative concepts.
- Record and edit short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels using CapCut or equivalent tools.
- Design social media assets such as carousels, infographics, thumbnails, and promotional visuals using Canva or equivalent tools.
- Create content in Indonesian and English, adapting tone and format to the target audience and platform.
- Support content scheduling, publishing, and basic community engagement as assigned.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to ensure content aligns with Nalar's brand identity, campaigns, and communication objectives.
- Take ownership of assigned content projects, manage deadlines, and incorporate feedback constructively.

Job requirements
- Active bachelor’s degree students in Marketing, Communication, Design, or related fields.
- Previous experience in content creation, social media, graphic design, video editing, presenting, or student organization activities is an advantage. Personal projects and academic work are welcome.
- Confident and comfortable appearing on camera
- able to speak naturally and engage an online audience.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Able to develop and execute content independently.
- Familiar with Canva for graphic design and CapCut for video editing.
- Understands short-form video storytelling, social media formats, and basic visual composition.
- Able to create content in Indonesian and English.
