Red Ribbon Gift is a company engaged in wedding souvenirs. We are looking for individuals who are highly creative, detail-oriented, and ready to join our team. Responsibilities include product R&D, conceptualization, product and packaging design, prototyping, costing, and end-to-end production oversight.

Responsibilities
- Product R&D & Conceptualization: Research current lifestyle trends and create concepts, themes, and mood boards for new products and seasonal collections.
- Product & Packaging Design: Execute premium visual designs for customized souvenirs, corporate gifts, seasonal hampers, and their packaging.
- Prototyping & Sampling: Develop and oversee initial product samples/prototypes, ensuring the design is feasible for mass production.
- Product Costing & Budgeting: Calculate production cost estimations for materials and manufacturing
- End to End Production Oversight: Hands-on involvement from pre-production to post-production, conducting artistic quality control (QC) on materials, colors, and final finishes.

Job requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic, Product, or Merchandise Design (experience in the gifting or packaging industry is a plus).
- Exceptional aesthetic sense (A GOOD TASTE) and passion for design, art, and gifting trends.
- Skills in product photography, videography, or visual styling is a major plus.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and basic spreadsheet/Excel skills for cost calculations.
- Strong expertise in color theory, layout, typography, and material selection.
- Very strong attention to detail and a willingness to be hands on in the physical production process.
- Highly responsive, responsible, able to multitask, and possess strong teamwork communication skills.
