Responsibilities
- Develop and create daily content for social media according to brand's strandard
- Collaborate and brainstorm content plans and strategies with the editorial and social media teams
- Stay up to date with trends in social media and digital platforms (TikTok, Reels Instagram)
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions)

Job requirements
- Final-year students or fresh graduates (preferably from Marketing, Communications, or a related field)
- Prior experience or a strong interest in the beauty industry
- Strong aesthetic sense and ability to identify the best product angles
- Proficient in photo and video shooting techniques (using either smartphone or camera)
- Actively follows trends such as Get Ready With Me, makeup challenges, tutorials
- Creative and capable of generating engaging, out-of-the-box content ideas
- Ability to pose, perform voice-overs, and appear confidently on camera
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
