Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and brand partners, while leading negotiations to secure the best assortment, pricing, and commercial terms. Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Planning teams to optimize category performance and achieve revenue and financial targets. Leverage internal and external data to identify opportunities, make data-driven decisions, and drive incremental sales.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and brand partners, while leading negotiations to secure the best assortment, pricing, and commercial terms
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Planning teams to optimize category performance and achieve revenue and financial targets
- Leverage internal and external data to identify opportunities, make data-driven decisions, and drive incremental sales
- Act as the main point of contact for existing supplier partners, brands, and new partnership prospects
- Manage and develop the overall product portfolio to ensure a relevant assortment that exceeds customer expectations and drives customer satisfaction
- Represent Astro in managing brand relationships and ensuring effective collaboration with partners
- Conduct data analysis and monitor key brand performance metrics, including GMV growth and SLA, to identify opportunities and areas for improvement

Job requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Sales, Communication, or other relevant fields
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Category Management, or other relevant commercial roles, preferably within FMCG Non-Food categories such as Beauty, Personal Care, and related categories
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- AI-savvy, with a basic understanding of AI tools and their application in daily work
