The role supports in-app campaigns by executing end-to-end campaign setups using internal tools and conducting pre-launch and live campaign Quality Control (QC). It works with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign assets and materials are delivered on time, and identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves campaign discrepancies or technical issues. The work supports a quick commerce company that delivers groceries and essentials to people’s doors within minutes.

Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end in-app campaign setups accurately using internal tools.
- Conduct pre-launch and live campaign Quality Control (QC) to ensure all setups run smoothly and error-free.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all campaign assets and materials are delivered on time.
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve campaign discrepancies or technical issues.

Job requirements
- Open to fresh graduates
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong quality assurance mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas and simple pivot tables.
- Bachelor's degree graduate
