Role overview
Deskripsi pekerjaan
Conduct verbal and non-verbal communication to potential customers to introduce company products, services, and promotions. Monitor escalations and systematically record progress and follow-up activities.
Persuasively communicate product information and follow up consistently until an appointment or meeting is scheduled. Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling products or services over the phone. Coordinate with the Sales Team on lead status, customer feedback, and next actions.

Job requirements
- Min. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from any field
- Min. 1 - 2 years of Telesales, Telemarketing, Sales
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong sales approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and spreadsheets
- Result-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving targets
- Friendly, polite, responsive, and proactive
- Ability to provide effective solutions and handle rejection
- Strong negotiation skills
