We're looking for a Business Development Manager to take that story to market — someone who can open doors, build relationships that last, and close deals that matter.

Responsibilities
- Identify and win new enterprise clients, from first conversation through signed contract.
- Build and actively manage a strong, well-qualified sales pipeline.
- Develop solution proposals, pricing and cost models that are sharp, accurate and client-ready.
- Lead contract negotiations and coordinate across teams so every deal lands cleanly from signature to handover.
- Track market trends and the competitive landscape, and shape strategy and priorities with our leadership team.

Job requirements
- 5+ years in B2B sales or account management
- experience in IT or HR industries is an advantage.
- An exposure to HR tech, HR consulting, recruitment or employee assessment is helpful.
- Sharp communication and presentation skills — you can tell a technical story in a simple way.
- A closer's instinct: strong negotiation and problem-solving under pressure.
