- Assist in solving complex technical challenges, researching and proposing solutions.
- Participate in defining software requirements and specifications.
- Debug and troubleshoot production issues, working closely with operations and support teams.

Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable university with good academic results is preferred.
- Have 1-5 years’ proven experience in assessment & analysis, planning & implementation, documentation,
- testing, communication, risk assessment/mitigation on complex projects
- Experience working in insurance background is a must
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influence skills and personal maturity.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
