Prepare and/or review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated and statutory financial statements for the group structures and their respective subsidiaries. Full ownership of the accounting & tax function across all entities & offshore entities. Review and strengthen accounting policies, tax compliance procedures, and internal controls. Manage External Auditors and External Consultants/Advisors.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and/or review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated and statutory financial statements.
- Full ownership of the accounting & tax function across all entities.
- Review and strengthen accounting policies, tax compliance procedures, and internal controls.
- Manage External Auditors and External Consultants/Advisors.
- Manage audit timeline and deliverables.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance and Treasury teams.

Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, and taxation.
- At least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and IFRS.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and corporate tax compliance.
- Hands-on experience in managing external audits.
- Proficiency in accounting systems or ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
