This is a full-time role for an Account Officer located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Account Officer will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients requiring commercial vehicle financing solutions. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing long-term business relationships, and providing tailored financing solutions that support customers' operational needs.

Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and acquire new customers in industries such as logistics, transportation, manufacturing, construction, mining, agriculture, and distribution
- Promote and sell commercial vehicle financing solutions, including financing for new and used trucks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers, truck dealers, distributors, and strategic business partners
- Conduct regular sales visits and other prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities
- Understand customers' business requirements and recommend suitable financing products, repayment structures, and financing terms
- Prepare and collect all required financing application documents while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, and other internal departments to facilitate timely loan processing and disbursement
- Monitor the financing application process from submission through approval and disbursement
- Achieve assigned sales targets, financing volume, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, customer records, and activity reports

Job requirements
- Fresh graduate/maximum 2 years' experience in related position in financial services
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Strong eagerness in building relationship
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Can make reporting in English
