Support and grow corporate client relationships so clients are well served, receive value from AI-powered people and workforce tools, and grow with the company. The Account Manager is the clients' go-to person and coordinates project delivery with internal departments, from kickoff to final report. The role also prepares proposals, quotations, and client documents, identifies upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and handles client complaints quickly and within SLA.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow allocated client accounts as the go-to person at the company.
- Coordinate project delivery with internal departments, from kickoff to final report.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client documents.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Handle client complaints quickly and within SLA.
- Maintain client administration in Odoo and the Client Folder.

Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in account management, client services, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable juggling multiple accounts with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Basic knowledge of ISO standards.
